Best Potato Soup Recipe!

I’ve been making this for years, it is the boys favorite, and it’s SO easy….just a bit messy in the makings, but worth it! AND. It gets better the next day and the day after as all the flavors blend and it thickens up! There are lots of recipes for low-fat-no-fat-this-and-that, and this is NOT one of them!
